We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, passionate and committed educator to help lead our Harps Mill location. Harps Mill serves children from birth to 5 full time, with a before-and after-school program for children 5-11.

Employment Requirements:

• Flexible schedule – the center is open from 6:30 am – 600 pm, and the Assistant Director may have opening and/or closing duties
• At least an AAS or equivalent in Early Childhood Education
• Prefer experience with Procare or similar childcare management system
• Experience with CACFP
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to manage adults & a positive attitude
• A passion for enriching the lives of children
• Current NCDL (must be able to drive a small bus/van for school age children)
• Current CRC
