Employment Requirements:

• Must have AAS in ECE or related field
• Prefer strong understanding of Creative Curriculum, observation & assessment, Conscious Discipline or CSEFEL
• Must have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Experience working with infants
• Current SIDS certificate
• North Carolina Early Childhood Credentials and current CRC
